Super helpful and kind staff, resized my watch within a couple minutes. While other jewelers said they couldn’t due to a lock Fay did it within a couple minutes. I’d recommend them to anyone wanting quality work!

If you only patronize upscale businesses then Fay is your place! This is the only place I visit for all my repair work. I trust them whole heartedly with all of my jewelry from diamonds to gold bangles! Stop in for a long ganger at their selection and you will not be disappointed, you will actually be mesmerized! They're the only jewelries I trust. Ali & staff always treat me like family. Calling me by name as soon as I walk into the door. They always have good service, sometimes I need to see many things before I make my purchase. Ive even giving them the task for designing my custom jewelry . Something near and dear to me. They have never let me down and I see a long future of doing business with them as well as friendship. If you choose another jeweler, you are missing out.

I have been going to Fay’s Jeweler’s for 25+ years and consider them like family. When I come in, they always greet me by my first name which makes me feel very welcomed. I have always been treated with the up most respect and courtesy along with great customer service. I have purchased, traded items and had special items made just for me. I have had many repairs done along the years with no complaints. Great work guys. I totally recommend Fay’s Jewelers to everyone. I have never used any other jewelry store and never will.
